AMY VON KELSCH-BERK, ESQ.
Amy R. von Kelsch-Berk is a senior associate in the San Diego office of Wayne Thomas & Associates.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, a Masters of Arts from George Mason University and a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
She was admitted to practice law in 2002 before all courts of California, and thereafter in the Supreme Court of California, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Ms. von Kelsch-Berk has over six years of experience in federal, state and appellate courts arising from her representations of public entities, their employees, insurance carriers, and their insureds, as well as corporate and private clients.
Ms. von Kelsch-Berk provides clients with a diversity of interest and talents. Among areas of active practice are governments and municipal law and liability, redevelopment and eminent domain issues, public safety, correctional and police civil liability/civil rights defense; construction law and liability, including contractual indemnification, landslide and subsidence and latent defect issues; general civil liability/wrongful death; employment law and liability/wrongful termination and employment discrimination; business and commercial representation and construction lien law.
