MICHELLE M. CLARK, ESQ.
Michelle Clark graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1986 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1987.
With 20+ years of experience, Ms. Clark has defended almost every subtrade in hundreds of construction defect claims throughout the State of California and has defended many clients through trial. Ms. Clark continues to represent a myriad of clients through all phases of litigation as well as advise on risk management as it relates to claims and tenders of defense.
Michelle specializes in construction law, construction defect litigation, contract and coverage interpretation. Ms.Clark also has a long standing relationship as a guest instructor in the civil practicum at USD School of Law. |
