WAYNE D. THOMAS, ESQ.
Wayne Thomas earned his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1989. Since that time he has focused on business and commercial litigation, environmental law, construction law, contract disputes, construction defect litigation, personal injury, "sick building syndrome" law, and now the emerging "mold" litigation. His experience includes numerous jury and bench trials as well as hundreds of mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Wayne is a third generation contractor and a first generation lawyer. He has been actively involved in the construction of a variety of projects including multi-family housing tracts, motels, condominiums, custom homes, mobile home parks and commercial and light industrial buildings. He continues to be involved in construction and real estate development throughout California and the Pacific Northwest.
